How long does approval take?
Most payments are approved within 2-12 hours. During busy periods, it may take up to 24 hours. You'll receive a notification once approved.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Telebirr and bank transfers to Awash Bank. All payment details are provided during checkout. After sending payment, upload your receipt for verification.
Can I preview a book before buying?
Yes! Many books include a free preview PDF. Click "Preview" on any book card to view sample pages before purchasing.
What if I lose access to my downloaded book?
No worries! Your purchased books are always available in your dashboard library. You can re-download them anytime, anywhere.
